Personal training sessions that combine a mixture of strength, cardio, flexibility and a total body workout. Daniel is an experienced personal trainer of over 15 years within the corporate districts of North Sydney and Sydney’s C.B.D. Whether you just need a trainer to kcik start you, to have the time booked in your diary or looking to be pushed to newer and greater fitness levels, Daniel will tailor your program for you. One of his long standing mantras has been that “if you don’t enjoy the training, then you will struggle to keep it up as a regular routine”.
All sessions are 50 minutes.
