The B word.

I often get asked: “so what does a Mind Coach do”.

In simple terms….. I shift peoples negative beliefs about any past, present or future events to a more balanced and loving understanding. I ask you the questions that you don’t ask yourself and then from that clear and present mind we discover the hidden love and appreciation that you might of missed.

Most of us think that by changing our actions we will get the results we desire, and as long as we are disciplined and committed then we will have our success or reach or goals. That might actually work for a short while or even longer, but until we go back to the core belief that created the ‘issue’ then we will generally swing back and forward from ‘success’ to ‘failure’ and label or judge ourselves as either lazy, a procrastinator or a slow learner.

As Ghandi once explained, it all starts at our beliefs and until we go back and check in on them and dismantle the lies we have been telling ourselves then the same old patterns that bring us frustrations and disappointments will keep showing up.

How many times have you said: “I’m on a diet”, lost some weight but then fallen back into the old eating patterns?

“I’m not drinking coffee today”, and by 10 am you’ve aready had one skim flat white and contemplating the second?

Why is that?

Why can’t we keep our promises to ourselves?

It’s our beliefs. It’s the old programming and story that you have been running over, and over, and over again.

I change your beliefs about you, life, your family, friends, money, your health, work, children, coffee or any other MISS-PERCEIVED negativity that you feel doesn’t serve you.

What do you believe about your past that you perceive to be more bad than good? More negative than positive? Had more drawbacks than benefits?

Once you balance out those equations you may just find the secret that’s holding you back from that ‘thing’ you want.
