Most of us spend our whole lives trying to get NEW results by changing our ACTIONS.
Example: If we want to lose weight or get fit we join a gym or hire a personal trainer (action). Yet how many times do we start the program, go at it hard and fast for a week maybe even a month or even 6 months but then we “fall off the wagon”.
Sound familiar? Do you know someone like that?
If we don’t investigate our BELIEF’S we have about training, fit people, looking good, becoming more physically attractive, spending money on our health and any other potential negative or destructive programming that has become an UNCONSCIOUS BLOCKAGE then our ACTIONS (hiring a personal trainer, joining a gym, eating only Paleo etc.) will most likely lead us to short term success and long term frustration.
Your beliefs are held in the unconscious/subconscious mind. What goals have you set that you keep falling short on even though you’ve worked extra extra hard? When was the last time you checked in on your beliefs?
If there is only one thing you take from this article then I trust it’s this: If you’ve ever set yourself a goal or a target in which you have gone about doing it via only changing your ACTION and you have not reached the desired outcome I want you to give yourself some reprieve from any resentment or anger that you may hold against yourself. You had almost no chance of achieving your goal with only a plan of action with NO investigation of your UNCONSCIOUS programming .
